All About Me

I grew up in Lincoln, Vermont and graduated from Mount Abraham Union High School in 2002. I went on to attend Castleton University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education.

After college, I proudly served with the Vermont Air National Guard, working full-time for 14 years. That experience helped shape my commitment to teamwork, discipline, and leadership—values I bring into my teaching every day.

I currently live in Bristol, Vermont with my wife, our three children, two dogs, and a cat. Outside of the school day, I stay actively involved in the community by coaching football, basketball, and softball at Mount Abraham Union High School.  In the summer months you can find me on my boat in Lake Champlain with my family and friends.

As a physical education teacher, my goal is to create a fun, positive environment where all students feel comfortable, confident, and motivated to participate. I strive to help students build skills, develop self-confidence, and discover a lifelong love of physical activity.
